Ward is p4p king. Bellew probably is much bigger and stronger than Ward. Still, Bellew is a pub fighter who beat someone who was famous for his talking more than his fighting. I don't care how big the pub fighter is, if it is a pub fighter vs. #1 p4p, it is still a pub fighter vs. the best right now.

Would much prefer to see Ward-Stevenson, but it looks Ward doesn't want to do that. I know Haymon and Beyoncé have beef, so maybe that's why. That or Ward and Virgil are serious about AJ. Bellew would be a great fight to test the waters at HW before just jumping in with the biggest and the best. Other than that I find it crazy some bar brawler is being mentioned with Ward.

I doubt this fight happens, the Haye rematch would happen. Bellew isn't dumb enough to take a fight like this one, the pressure would be on him (Like Haye) to destroy the smaller man in Ward, and the thing is Ward can really just outbox him.
