Heiland was wbc #1 for the last 2 yrs....Wbc HW champ Bumsquad has yet to fight 1 Mando in over 2 yrs. Canelo has already shown he cares little about alphabet belts. Doubt GGG waste time on unknown Charlo this late in career.

Yes, most superstars have a certain charisma and Charlo has the Charisma of a dead horse. De La Hoya, Sugar Ray Leonard, and others have Charisma. I think with GGG leaving the sport and Canelo and others, Charlo stands a good chance of ruling but he needs to connect with fans instead of always having a chip on his shoulder. He may not be an Oscar or a Ray Leonard, but he can work on the personality and will need to. Or, he will play the Tyson/Floyd type persona and go down that route.

I don't think charisma is his biggest problem.

A) these double mint Charlo sisters look exactly alike and have damn near identical names. Most fans can't tell these clowns apart and they were marketed as a tandem sharing too many undercards together so they come off as a twin gimmick and don't have their own iden******. Even on this site with hardcore boxing talk you see fans mixing them up good luck getting casual fans to tell the difference between them

B) they been protected and spoon fed bums and paper belts. They both older then Canelo and just look at all their resumes compared hot garbage.

C) they want to make friends with everyone as an excuse to not fight the best. Lame boxing ain't no team sport and that's a puzzy excuse to not fight the top guys in your weight class. It's a joke that neither has yet to fight Lara or Jacobs and other top guys in their own stable.

These are some the reasons these clowns don't resonate with boxing fans don't get headliners on showtime and bring nothing to the table. One of these clowns change your name or go by your middle name, don't fight on the same cards ever again and demand top fights in your own stable to make a name for yourself. Charlo sister 1 fight Lara next, Charlo sister 2 fight Jacobs next and fans will respect you.

I would like to see him against some Top10 middleweight before getting a shot at either GGG or Canelo. Heiland was injured, there was something wrong with his leg, he moved like a ****** in the ring. So that fight proves nothing at all.
Yes hes talented and yes he would have beaten heiland anyway but he has to earn sutch a big fight.

Andre Ward is a guy guy and there a lot of people that still hate him as you can see on this site.. So it doesn't make any difference what Charlo does or how he acts. He just needs to win.

Jermall Charlo is doing good. He's improved in each fight I've watched him in. Early on I thought him and his brother was just hype but those guys worked hard on their craft and they are legit champions now. I hope he gets his shot at ggg or Canelo

He doesnt have to be fake to grow as a person and mature mentally and emotionally, become more comfortable and less uptight as time goes by. There is nothing fake about personal growth. Even Tyson did that, even if toward then end of his career but he was emotionally stunted early on. As to Floyd, he became his own alter-ego and the walls and distance he created fed back into itself so he is an extreme case within itself.

Yeah cuz he just beat one of the top MWs in the world right? Lol he isnt on GGG or Canelo's radar just cuz he beat that hype job Williams now all of a sudden he is the best fighter and everyone ducking him lol. He and Jacobs free let them make that fight and then this clown can talk if he can win. Sorry beating some guy who has lost 9 fights and not finishing him much sooner is not making a statement.
