Name 1 prime ATG that de la Hoya beat

I like oscar he helped keep boxing relevant in the 2000s and made huge ppv fights that brought fans to the sport but his record is frankly shit against the best.

    Tito
    Mosley
    Hopkins
    Floyd
    Manny

All prime or near prime atgs and they all pinned losses on DLH. I seriously can't name 1 ATG in his prime that he beat. Can you?

He got screwed against Trinidad and they gave him the win against Whitaker.

That version of Whitaker was already coked out and not in his prime. Tito did way more damage and beat Whitaker clean.

As for DLH vs Tito the real winner got the correct decision. You can't fight for 8 rounds in a 12 round close fight and expect to win.

        Mosley 2X
        Hopkins
        Floyd
        Manny

4 of those loses were gift decisions

He beat Mosley at least once and the majority of boxing fans, writers, and boxers/trainers believe he beat Tito. The true ATGs he beat were Whitaker, Chavez, and maybe Camacho. Though we all know all of them were past it when Oscar got to them.

Off topic, not sure if Shane and Tito are ATGs, I think it could be argued that Shane isn't, maybe borderline. Tito's resume isn't that deep either. Sure fire hall of famers no doubt. Not a lot of guys are walking around with bonafide prime ATG wins on their resume.

Ike Quartey was a great win for Oscar. Bazooka would give any welterweight problems in his prime

              Decent punch but limited skills.

Quartey is no where near the top 100 welters of all time. In this era Kell, Danny, Thurman, Spence all beat him. Cotto, Manny, Floyd embarrass him and Margs with the wraps probably comatoses him.

                  He still beats quartey.

Cotto, Manny, Floyd, kell, Spence, Danny, Thurman, Tito, dlh(obvs), mosley, margs, Williams

That's a quick dozen just in the past 20 years that all best quartey. This list will be huge if I include older greats.

I'd take Ike Quartey any day over Danny Garcia (who is extremely overrated)
