It's interesting that many of the same people here accusing Loma of "picking on a smaller man" supported Ward when he called out the smaller Golovkin and accused GGG of ducking when he didn't immediately put his MW title plans on ice and move UP to to fight Ward.
I know as a Loma fan you are not going to be too harsh on him, but his eagerness to fight someone this small is going to get criticized.

When Walters was bigger, it was ok for the fight to not happen because Walters no longer had a belt. Loma/Bob waited a year to make that fight, Loma destroyed him. I don't see the same hesitancy to fight immediately with Rigo. do you?

Yes, some people have done that. When fans suggested this GGG was unable to get fights he wanted at MW and Ward was 1 weight class above him. They also saw GGG be willing to derail those plans for the very easy Chavez Jr. fight.

Similar but not the same situation. would you agree?

Rigo would rather fight Loma on twitter than enter a serious negotiation for a fight and risk his "0" along with a humiliating defeat.

How can you have a serious negotiation when Loma's team are making offers like "winner takes all", name one fight when 2 world class pro fighters came to an agreement on an offer like that. "Winner takes all" is an offer to try and save face while ducking.

A lot of the same people kafkod etc defending these ****** tactics and believing Rigo is pricing himself out are the same people that said Golovkin deserved 50% against Canelo. Their opinions are worthless, they flip flop all over the damn place.

Bah it was here but now that I read the article he's not actually quoted mentioning Crawford's name

That's cool, bro. I just think if Loma wants real, stiff challenge, he should call out Crawford. Move up two divisions instead of fighting a guy two divisions down. It's also easy to make given that they have the same promoter.

              Not gonna happen!

Yes, that is my agenda. I am fine with posters that criticize Floyd for "bringing JMM up 2 weight classes"and Ward for calling out GGG who was in a lower weight class. I just want to see the same criticisms here given Loma is the top p4p boxer in their opinion.

being honest, I don't think they were criticizing Floyd and Ward solely because they were the top fighters, but if posters say that is the reason I take their word for it and then as I stated before apply their logic.
Agreed, but you will never get that because majority of this board has ulterior motives, and I'm talking about both sides of the fence.

If I had it my way, do a UFC and cut half the weight classes so these guys stop crying about 2lb and 3lb there...It's sad for "fighters" to cry over this ****, that's why I gotta give (Sorry again Loma) credit for not saying anything about Salido coming in way heavy for their bout.

What Floyd and Pac did to their opponents to get an advantage is just what it is, its part of the game and their opponents accepted the risks that came with it, can't blame either party. Fundamental issue to me is that there are just too many weight classes. Cut them in half or even more and this whole side of the game is gone and they'll find something else to gain an advantage on.

But you can beat around the bush on this board all day trying to figure out what peoples true intentions/motives are. But it's mainly tribal like support of one guy or the other with little regard for the sport itself.

He's only eager to fight Rigo because he's relentless on social media calling Lomachenko a duck, while basically he originally ducked lomachenko the first time, now basically Lomachenko is like, your not keeping you mouth shut, you keep posting ***** about me, fine if you really want it i'll fight you to shut you up once and for all, even though it's a risky fight for him since he has nothing to gain, people will say Rigo was old too light even though many are picking him now to win

Thats the excuse they will go with if Loma wins. Just like most some youtube idiots picked Walters but now say he was in a long layoff, idoits knew that before hand but still picked him.
