No, I don't think winner take all is a realistic expectation. In a sport where judges make horrible decisions it would be too risky. But, fighters need to know their worth, and looking at Rigo's last fight, he was worth about $150K. Naturally he'd be worth more against Loma, but I don't think he deserves 50%. I'd call it 60/40 in Loma's favor, maybe even 70/30.

GGG never even asked for 50% of the purse for fighting Canelo, but if you want to go there, he had a much better case for a 50/50 split than Rigo has vs Loma, and it's not even close!

How many world title belts does Rigo hold in Loma's division? How many of those world titles would Loma pick up for beating him? Is Rigo a mandatory challenger for Loma's world title? How many PPV shows has Rigo headlined? How many times has he sold out a major venue like MSG, or the 02 Arena in Britain?
