I'm actually looking forward to the "NSAC denies petition" thread. Should be a fun read filled with tears. No number of slow-mo gifs of the very last punch in the fight will make anyone forget how terrible Kovalev looked before that moment. To pretend like Kovalev was doing just fine and the last punch is what did him in is just plain silly. That doesn't mean it was a good call to stop the fight, but it's far from one worth turning over.

This is on par with Mike Tyson's team counting how long the ref gave Buster Douglas to get up. Did the count take about 13ish seconds to administer? Yep. That is technically not how it should have been done. And yet, no one cares. It's not enough to erase everything else we saw.
