So your eyes tells your that the final shots was 'on the beltline' and therefore legal? What did your eyes tell you about the shots in the second round that Weeks deemed to be illegal?

Let me just add that Cliff Rold calls you a liar. It's just a sidenote, so don't let that fact distract you.

What makes your perspective of this fight better than the next man's? Better than Weeks? Better than the judges? At the end of the day...at best NSAC rules that the fight was stopped by an unintentional foul. The cards would give Ward a split decision.

Well Weeks did see them as legal. Punches that was illegal in the second round became legal in the final round.

You write that you 'saw' them as borderline (therefore legal). What do you see now with the benefit of hindsight? Have you changed your mind?



I am well aware of that and that's precisely the point here. Kovalev think that Weeks made a decisive error and hence want the NSAC to look into it Again.

For the record I think Weeks should have taken a point from Ward and given Kovalev the standard 5 minutes to recover.

I have no idea what went on in Week's head. My opinion is that he dropped the ball and created an unsatisfactory ending.

Actually when I first saw them live I thought they were low, its on the replays and pictures that I felt like it was closer then I first thought. Now I feel like it could have gone either way.

In those instances, with calls that could go either way, the fighter has deal with the ref's decision.

Kovalev dealt with it horribly.

how did ward clearly win? most scorecards had kovalev up going into the round where ward stopped him on clear low blows. thats a clear win??? a clear win would be winning the fight without fouling the other guy nonstop and the ref doing nothing about it. the ref even stopped it on a foul instead of giving kovalev a break. thats the opposite of clear. english might not be your first language if you are getting adjectives mixed up like that.
