*You reached your max punching power potential (ceiling) Was in it a matter or weeks, months, years?

*How much did your power improve after starting boxing?

I know that proper technique has a huge factor in this, but I want to hear your guys' experience!

    Thanks!
It's not months or weeks , have to learn the basics and have a good coach to teach you the fundamentals . Theres is always a saying Punchers are born not made

Stop sparring with you girlfriend. She might be a HW but she's a woman.

Thats what I was wondering. I'm a huge Boxing fan, but I have no problem admitting I've never Boxed. 'Bout all I do is sit down with A 6-Pack O' Beer, And some chips and WATCH Boxing. Key word: WATCH, LOL.

That Said, I'm reading thru this thread to gain Some Knowledge.

I don't, sorry. It was at some fight and he took a couple of pictures with a boxer or a couple of them.

No this is not it. The one Im talking about was him taking pics with a boxer at a fight somewhere in the crowd.
