About his power, yea, it's in his feet/hips, shoulders so it will travel with him for sure. I think his speed/mobility is the more important question. He SHOULD be very quick at 160 but you never can tell. Some guys move up and slow significantly (Danny Garcia comes to mind).

True. But that also applies to many contenders too and also fighters who could be big stars but for lack of fights maybe never will be - Charlo brothers, Andrade, Ramirez at 168, Dirrells, Eubank, Rigo, Beterbiev, and list goes on.

And the drug testing is between the 2 fighters. Neither fighters nor the IBF demanded it so there is your answer.

I doubt it he's looked the same he has always looked. He's been knocking down people with jabs and KO'ing folks. Maybe because Breadman says it it must be true.
