Jermall Charlo can't see any reason why he wouldn't be able to carry his power with him to the middleweight division. The former IBF junior middleweight champion knocked out three of his final four opponents at 154 pounds, including a three-knockdown, fifth-round knockout of previously undefeated Philadelphia contender Julian Williams in his last bout before moving up. Houston's Charlo (25-0, 19 KOs) will test that power at 160 pounds when he squares off against Argentina's Sebastian Heiland on July 29 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

It's not bull****! Charlo was fighting half blind for two years and it was getting worse and worse. He said he couldn't even see the punches when he fought Trout and had to half guess where they were coming from.
So he had eye surgery, which is why the fight was postponed.

Yeah sure he was half blind, but only suddenly mentioned it as an exuse for why the fight was postponed. It's not bull****! You're half blind if you think no drug testing and a dodgy excuse is not su****ious, but yeah you're right im a hater for asking why there was no drug testing for such a big fight....

No. Most of the big stars are fighting twice a year. I don't like it, but it's just the facts.
About his power, yea, it's in his feet/hips, shoulders so it will travel with him for sure. I think his speed/mobility is the more important question. He SHOULD be very quick at 160 but you never can tell. Some guys move up and slow significantly (Danny Garcia comes to mind).Comment
