The only knock on him is he's a late starter usually takes the first few rounds off to learn his opponents movements but once gets going he takes completely over.
Explain the Usyk backlash

Who knows, CW is trash, maybe no one. Bellew has a shot if that fight happened. It doesn't look like CW has any "garbage man" so to speak, to throw out the trash. So Usyk will linger around with his sloppy ass.
He leaves himself so opened that it's funny and sad to see him as #1, like you can tell his time there is limited, but then you look at the rest of the guys and the sad part comes in, that they all pretty much suck except that guy Gassiev he looks solid and I love his body punching but the division sucks after him.

Backlash from what? What has he done lately?
Usyk is one of my current favorites but he needs to be pushed more in the gym, and promoted right. Great talent and skills. The bro is pretty slick!Comment

I really do disagree. I'm quite shocked you think this tbh lol.
Cruiserweight is loaded and really deep. REALLY deep I don't see any other division that has fighters to the quality of say a Kalenga probably outside the top 20-30.
You've got guys like Huck going upto Heavyweight and arguably beating Povetkin - a top 3 HW at the time.
An old Cunningham who could no longer hang at CW going up and dropping Fury and giving all these HWs real issues years later in fact
Breidis knocking Charrs head off. What does that say about the HWs?
The CW division is brimming with talented fighters and all those top guys pack real dynamite. There are a lot of quality prospects coming through as well Ryad Merhy is very fun too watch, Fayfer - A very unorthodox switch-hitter quite reminiscent of Pirog.
Golovashchenko he is a cross between Golovkin and Lomachenko just messing with that one
That fight with Mchunu was on short notice and he's a real awkward, slippery little bugger and really hard to look against.
He's probably ranked top 15-20 - a guy of that quality is probably going to be a world champion in most other divisions IMO in fact he's better than most current world champions
I will agree I don't feel Usyk is as slick as many elude to. In fact I think guys that throw straight shots can hardly miss him at times but he's still a very impressive specimen who impresses me greatly with his footwork and working off angles.
Hopefully this tournament will change your opinion and bring the best out of them and you'll see its actually full of talent.Comment
