It's a decent analysis, but Monroe has always stayed mad at Golovkin. He's been talking **** about him for years now. Don't really take anything he says seriously

Accurate analysis on Monroe's part with respect to Canelo's fighting style. Where is analysis is flawed is that while Canelo is anxiously waiting to counterpunch Golovkin he will at the same time being pummeled by Golovkin. Other than that he is spot on.

Thanks, brother. That was fun. Troy's breakdown seems on point. I skipped around a bit. Got a little opinion on Rigondeaux as a bonus. LolYou should check out boxingego interview with Troy King. It's what Willie said but goes into more detail really makes perfect sense.
Here's the video but skip to 26:50 to get str8 into Troy's breakdown for Canelo and GGG. Best breakdown imo too

I know styles make fights. I won't disagree with Monroe 'cause he did a good job breaking that fight but in his last 5 fights, Canelo fought Chavez jr, Liam Smith, Amir Khan, Cotto and Kirkland. I don't know about you but I think GGG stops all of them inside 8. On the other side, I would pick Jacobs to beat Canelo if they fight today. GBP did an excellent job matching Canelo with the guys above and he did what he had to do but GGG is a different story. I will be shocked if Canelo KO him. GGG has never been dropped as an amateur and as a professional
It should be a good fight... can't wait...Comment

Excellent point. The constant pressure Golovkin puts on these guys not only wears their bodies out it reeks havoc on their stamina. We saw it with Monroe, Murray, Stevens, Lemieux just to name a few. Three minutes in the ring with someone who is unrelenting and doesn't give you time to breathe is a very very long time. It's tough to withstand that kind of pressure round after round. Who do you think is going to apply the pressure here? Canelo or Golovkin. Whoever that guy is, that's your winner. Why does everyone keep saying canelo will stop ggg, he couldn't stop a very drained punching bag that didn't even throw punches back at him, even then he walked himself onto the ropes and by his own admission he was tired, any of you that have boxed will know that facing a big puncher that is a stalker will make your adrenaline flow, adrenaline eats your energy more than anything else in the ringComment
