What is wrong with those wins? they were against WORLD CHAMPIONS, most of which will be in the hall of fame one day(2 already are). Camacho was fast, slick, used great angles, and was very intelligent in the ring.

HE will be in the HOF, wether you like it or not

maybe DLH will bring his too!

If you saw any of Camacho's fights, besides Chavez, DLH, and Tito, you would know that Macho was a master at BOXING, using angles, defence, and fast, fluid combinations.

          LOL!!!!

Camacho's performance again Ramirez was a masterpiece. In his youth, at jr. lightweight and lightweight (pre-Rosario) Hector Camacho was poetry in motion.

Which is probably why I'm so damn hard on him. I know what could have been...or at least I suspect; but he let all of that natural God-given talen dry up without doing enough with it.

Do you take the potential he had in his youth, pit it against the losses against the best competition he ever faced and put him in the hall? I can't. There's too much left to be desired.

his 3 legit losses were against 3 of the best welters/lightwelters of all time, and remember he was 35 when he fought DLH . He beat some tough competition. And for that he deserves recognition.

Do I agree with you, in that he had potential to be even greater?.....absolutely, but that is no excuse to discredit his achievments.

Well, I don't agree with Camacho's list of "achievements" waranting greatness; but I am honestly probably in the minority on this issue.

Camachos record has most/or some of the big names of Chavezs record.

Jose Luis Ramirez, Edwin Rosario, Oscar De La Hoya, Greg Haugen ect infact, you could say some of those Camacho fought first.

and you can say he ran from haugen and got a gift decision, that i belive was later changed to a lose

chavez could have ko'd ramierez in the 1st round if he wanted too but they were friends and chavez clearly took it easy on him, i don't know how camacho did against ramierez

chavez destroyed rosario, one side demolishion, camachos style changed after facing rosario, but i haven't seen camacho v. rosario

but you make a good point, but differnce is chavez ran through these guys unlike camacho, but i think camacho will get into the hof
