If memory serves correctly Powell hit Ouma with a massive amount of clean punches but could never back him up. After seeing Ouma fight Taylor I understand why he had a problem with him. I thought Ouma Powell was a pretty close fight and if Powell would have been more in and out instead of landing than staying on the inside he could have taken a points victory out of that fight. IMO he will be too skilled for Ishe by a landslide
