Why haven't Ward and Stevenson called each other out yet?

They asked Ward about Stevenson after the fight in the post fight conference and he basically said he's open to it but it's gotta make sense. Basically that he's got to get most of the money and he doesn't want to fight in Canada which he should be entitled to as he holds all the cards here. I agree we should see this rather than Bellew I think Ward wins comfortably but Stevenson's power makes it interesting.

Ward should never fight him in Canada. Stevenson is a huge hero in Canada and strange stuff has happened when their favorite fighters fight in Canada. Ward should fight him on neutral ground or not at all.

There is no public interest in this fight because Stevenson stalled his career by fighting no-hopers and avoiding Kovalev while pretending he wants to fight him. Ward isn't a crowd favorite or big draw either, so in order to make this fight Stevenson will be lucky to see $1M and he won't be able to fight in Canada. Ward won't travel outside the CONUS to fight.
