This is a fallacy. Rigo headlined boxing after dark after beating donaire. The agbeko fight did the worst ever ratings for a boxing after dark broadcast.

Loma has way more charisma and is not boring. That Matador was epic. Maybe Rigo should add some slick moves like this to his game.

The promoter's job is to put a$$es in the seats. The fighter's job is to make sure they get up out of those seats to cheer. Rigo rarely does that. I'm not even knocking him, but from a money perspective he makes it pretty difficult. At least Ward has his cheating to stir up the crowd.

That was cringeworthy and lame, taunting an overmatched opponent. Big whoop.

It's distasteful what Arum did to Rigondeaux, I agree. Regardless of how you feel as a fighter. How can you claim to be a professional promoter and crap on a product you want people to tune in for? Imagine if Coke ran an ad for a soft drink that said "this soda is nothing special, no bells and whistles, don't waste your money" we would think you were crazy, same thing here.

Although Rigondeaux to a lesser extent hurt himself. If you have an over-matched opponent in the ring with you, it is your duty to turn up the pressure a bit and try to get a knock out or a TKO.

Was that the fight where people actually filled the seats for the co-main, and then left before the main? There were huge pockets of empty seats by the time opening bell rang for the main event...that **** was surreal as f**k. To this day that's the only time I think I've ever witnessed such a scenario.

So everybody is against Rigo... Its not his fault... Its Arum fault... Lol... What a dumb thread again. Rigo had his chance many times. I remember when he fought the Filipino fisherman (no joke.. he really was a fisherman) on the Canelo-Cotto undercard. That sh#t was so boring it was unbelievable.

Stop playing the victim role... They tryna keep a brotha down yo. STFU

Top Rank pissed all over Rigo. He's babbyweight so there isn't much money flying around to begin with, but giving Donaire a thrashing was the worst career move he could've made.

So u really think Arum was mad Rigo beat Donaire? That's the reason EVERYBODY keeps turning their back on him? Cause he beat Donaire?

                      U really believe that?

He wasn't given chance after chance?

                      U really believe that?

Great talent but what a boring fighter. That is the reason why ALL promoters and network dont want nothing to do with him.

                      Not cause he beat Donaire...
