Thank you....this robbery claim is pathetic. Horn was landing to the body and head and fought a great fight. The right man won period.

LMFAO. Yea I was thinking this the whole time Atlas & Smith were doing there rants. Definitely not a good look to be talking about all the corruption in boxing on the first ESPN show of this "new era" of boxing cuz it sounds a lot like the old era to people.

Boxing steady punching itself in the face all the time like Ed Norton in Fight Club.

Manny gassed in the 9th round and was tired, that grueling weather though, that fight was fun for real. A lot of people enjoyed it
Definitely a fun fight regardless of the scoring or any issue you do or don't have with it.

And yea I agree Manny blew his wad in that 9th round & I wouldn't be surprised, not having seen the round by round judges cards, if the fight was lost in those last 3 rounds.

Im surprised this many people even watched it,
Its still Manny brother. Manny is one of the most popular fighters in the US & the world & this was his most accessible fight since he became Manny. Of course people were gonna watch this fight.

they were crying robbery and insulting boxing saying its dead and UFC was the king.

Thats what ticks me off UFC has some bad robberies but nobody says UFC does it again or **** ufc always with boxing they blame boxing.
Boxing does shoot itself in the foot quite a bit lets be real. Its the most disorganized of the popular sports.

And as a guy who watches both MMA & Boxing & only combat sports I can say that bad decisions happen far less in MMA & far far less in meaningful fights. Largely because fights end before a decision at a higher clip, but also because the UFC tends to make outcasts of the bad judges & refs.

Boxing just ho hums along saying "well it happens...what can you do" when something bad happens in the sport & never tries to alter or fix anything hardly ever. Every so often they just try to implement round by round scoring & fans b^tch about it & it goes away. The level of innovation in boxing is subpar at its best.

Horn was more active but most of his shots were blocked by Pacquiao gloves... very little clean power shots.

I'm actually shocked at people defending the decision.

how about the fact that manny is older now lost half of what he had and Horn was so much bigger. I give horn credit he wanted to win but the size difference was sickening manny looked like a little kid. then there was the fact horn acted like a bighorn ram and sliced many up

Well, tell that to Lennox Lewis on how Horn could have won.

For 9 years +... pac has been facing bigger and stronger guys... only guy comparable in natural size was JMM.

Horn was walking through pacs punches but was clearly getting hit especially round 8 to 12.

Yep, Horn had to take some serious fire in those latter rounds but came through it t oarguably win the 12th.

                    Horn won rounds 1 2 4 5 6 7 12

                    Pac won rounds 3 8 9 10 11

I think the 12th could have been given as a 10-10 but I thought Horns final salvo won it for him.

Close, competitive, FUN fight but the right man won and the guy looked good doing it.
Im surprised myself too. Luckily i watched on boxnation where no one was riding each fighters nuts.
It was sad about it but accepted it easily, until i opened twitter, fb and nsb and saw the ridiculous punch stats.
Imo pac looked horrible, but need to rewatch it as I differ on most opinions. Either they got swayed by the commentators or i got too critical on pac

This is why I rarely take punch stats seriously. I can see, with my own eyes, Pac was throwing less but apparently he threw a 100 more than Horn. BS.
