Get the facts straight. Salido will make more $ fighting tank, that is for sure. And the one ducking is arum not putting loma in with Rigo.

We can go ahead and confirm a duck if Team Lomachenko ultimately never faces Rigondeaux. But now? Here's my thing, man. How truly realistic and viable is a fight of this magnitude -- Lomachenko vs Rigondeaux -- they would have to get a deal done and would be fighting in like literally THIRTY-FIVE days. It's just not realistic at all, man. First off a fight of this level would need REAL promotion. And getting the contract worked out itself would, as we all know, is worlds apart from hammering a deal out with a guy like Marriaga.

The date is already set. There's simply not enough time. It's not an excuse, man. It's reality. A Loma/Rigo clash can still happen -- it just can't happen for this fight. It's not realistic.

Yeah salido was probably ok on the deal then had his lawyer read the actual contract and was like GTFOH other the BS.

Always something that happens when arum's top guy is set to face a tough in house challenger who generates less revenue.

I'm just as happy seeing Davis light up Salido. I enjoy watching Davis fight as much as I do watching Lom fight. Lots of talent between 126 and 135. Endless possibilities.

Rigo and Loma are 2 of the best fighters but lets be real they ain't no big stars. It's big fight for the hardcore fans but nobody else really cares about it. So I don't believe in that they would need more time to promote the fight. It's not a PPV fight, they both don't speak English, they're aren't known to the casual fan and no matter what, the fight would do the same whether they fought in Aug. or in Dec.

i'm not excited about the marriaga fight. its a throw away fight. wish they had stayed quiet on rigo all together though. they teased it was possible. atleast we get crawford-indongo though.
