Klimas, Lomachenko's manager, was the one who started the barking.

He did not help that's for sure, but by mentioning 130 he probably thought he would shut them up. I see it like this. When I see those twitter call outs, my BS detector starts rising, especially when dudes are in different weight classes. They all know there is a specific way to negotiate a fight and twitter is not that way.

I personally believe they are trying to egg on Lomas team to pressure uncle Bob to try to make the fight. They will then make huge demands since Bob contacted them, and they know Bob has new hedge fund money LOL.

There is no reason at all why Roc Nation cannot simply call Bob and try to arrange a fight. I guarantee you they have his number.

If they did do that I would expect some statement from them to the media? Or from Arum himself. Right now all we have seen is a barking war between Rigo's and Loma's management. That is it. All this barking is not even from Rigo or Loma. It is their managers acting as proxy's.

True, hopefully we get some clarification soon. I expect Arum to say Rigo wanted too much money or there wasn't enough time to make the fight (but yet Loma will still fight in august against someone who will take the fight on short notice)... What other reasons could there be? Rigo's side can just say Loma didn't want the fight at all, despite any financial concerns.

Honestly it would be on such very short notice for such a terrific match up -- I'm fine with Team Loma avenging the Salido loss and then revisiting this after. A fight like Lomachenko/Rigondeaux needs ample notice and promotion.
