Ummm I don't know. Maybe he is looking to fight someone else since the Rigo fight fell through not once, but TWICE before? Why waste time and money negotiating with a dead end? If Rigo wants the fight so bad, why only scream on twitter? Why is he not getting his Promoter to contact Top rank to make the fight.
