We need Alvarez haterZ. The Ward haters are on vacation atm.

I hate him?? no.. I dislike him?? absolutely!!! all because how he handled GGG situation before. look.. Canelo ain't no beatch that's why it surprised me when he was reluctant to fight GGG for almost two years and at the same time giving us lame excuses. Canela is strong as an ox, I give him that but King GGG will beat him up and down the block.. same with Ward.. but in all fairness Ward puts a beating on GGG period.. more athleticism, bigger, smarter inside the ring (higher boxing IQ) more talented and better conditioning and stamina but sneaky as hell and uses a lot of dirty tactics.. (but even without any of that, stills gives GGG a beating!!)

To me, "big entrances" with loud music and theatrical moves, playing national anthems, and lengthy announcements, are just annoying as heck and a total waste of time.

Just the presentation and the referee instructions should suffice.

I mean, really, who the heck cares who enters and is announced first or last?

I care about an awesome fight, and a referee that is not a sellout and lets one guy throw a gazillion blatant low blows, and stops a fight prematurely, as a consequence of a bunch of low blows which prompted disqualification. The sold-out Tony Weeks's of the world.

I hate Canelo because he looked like a total ineffectual imbecile vs. that nasty pest Mayweather Jr., so I really, really wish to see GGG pound him real bad, KO him and send him to the hospital.

So you dislike a guy who's on record on YouTube, who said two weeks before the Cotto fight that if he and Gennady wanted to throw down it'd be a 155? Why would Gennady even need Alvarez within that context? Gennady never had interest below 160? But he would want Floyd at 154...

No. That's a Fighth Hype interview, it's a classic one. Alvarez was preparing for the Cotto bout. The reporter asked if he would like to fight Gennady. That was Q4 of 2015. You can find the video on YouTube. Alvarez said about a year or two he would be ready for Gennady and that he would love that matchup. Q4-2015 to Q3-2017 is about 2 years innit? You're speaking of Mandatories that plagued Cotto. Regarding Martinez and other Champs before 2015 is irrelevant that Alvarez is the only one of them all that kept his word. Just remember that.
