This is the second to last punch. Look at the photo closely, it is Kovalev's white glove that is on his own beltine trying to defend. You cannot see Ward's glove, which is red by the way, because it is right in Kovalev's nuts at that moment.

You're right and even though it wasn't a stoppage, Chavez Jr's performance against Canelo was a total embarrassment. After the "fight", Jr. goes out drinking and gets hustled on camera of his fight purse and $40k watch. What a disgrace. The guy should be called Chuckles from now on. Forget Chavez. Gonna have to add Kovalov to the list if he pulls this sht again. IMO I thought he won the 1st fight. So Ward and Kov. should both have a loss. They need to move on for now though. Kovalov needs to regroup and doing some house cleaning... Needs to fire his trainer. For that drama alone he should be gone. Your camp don't need that extra baggage. He needs to hire a good trainer and LISTEN to him though. Take a few tough but easier fights to regain soome confidence.

Ward should've murdered him right there and there would be no controversy! Kov got folded like a cheap suit, and that was a very legal body shot!

Ward, classy as usual, evidenced by his hesitation to unload on Kovalev's chin when he had every legal opportunity to.

Now a fighter who's naturally dirty would never be apprehensive in that type of situation.
