BJS is a poosay. Wish Khurtsidze didn't get in trouble for another 2 months, but he's about to lose his title in the next fight, unless he keeps it hostage and fights some bum.

and as you admitted above, Saunders will be right back in contention after winning 1 fight

also, did you read this comment.....

he has called out every relevant fighter at 160 over the last 12 months, except for maybe Danny Jacobs..... including Golovkin, Canelo, and Lemieux..... dating right back to his refusal to fight Rosado in Vegas because GBP would not contractually guarantee him Canelo next

sorry, but this is just starting to sound like typical NSB bashing

you couldn't name a fight he prevented

      it's no big deal

I agree that the inactivity will not help him

but it took Golovkin about 11 years - 5 of which were filled with nothing but hollow promises - to get off his fat ass and finally make a meaningful fight..... Saunders is a young lad, he has plenty of time left to make an impact, if he is capable

I agree that the WBO should strip him for inactivity, but not sure if he has an exemption or whatever..... I think he may possibly have one
I think there are a few things that show how BJ has avoided facing any significant threat to his title. Firstly, any fighter can call out another without having any intention of fighting as I'm sure you are aware. So although he may have 'called out' certain fighters, I don't think he had any intention of facing these fighters for a few reasons.

BJ may have called out every middleweight but who he fought instead was Akavov, an unknown. You can't tell me that that was the best available fighter that he could get. Why would Jacobs, Lemieux or Murata avoid BJ when they have no title? The only fighter who I agree has avoided him is Eubank jr, though I'm not sure why. Also, if Saunders was preparing himself for a shot at a top level opponent or Golovkin, you would think that he'd be getting himself in shape outside the ring. Instead he wasted much of his time not improving which says to me that he may have lost motivation or hunger for the sport and was not keen on facing a tough opponent for less than a career high payday.

Also, I believe Jacobs was quoted as saying that he was trying to chase BJ after the Quillin fight, the fact that he couldn't get that fight meant that he had to take the GGG fight.

The WBO belt is very valuable because it is the only belt which GGG doesn't have and whoever wins on September 16 will probably want to add that belt. That means that whoever has it will be able to demand a few million for a unification and the chance to become the undisputed champ at middleweight.

If BJ had been active, he could have had 3-4 defenses instead of the 1 he has had. I believe that if BJ wanted he could have had fights vs Murata, Lemieux, Jacobs, Lee and almost any other middleweight not named Eubank. These are the fights he has prevented in my opinion.

I don't blame BJ for wanting to cash out his title but there are rules for defending and he knew how much time he had if he wanted to do that. He should have been forced to fight a number 1 contender at least twice by now but has managed to avoid any challenge as I've mentioned. All I'm saying is that if he doesn't want to defend his crown he should be stripped.

I have a question for you, what was the difference between accepting a fight with Rosado, Monroe or Stevens on Canelo's undercard or fighting Akavov in a leisure centre?

that is EXACTLY what Golovkin did for FIVE YEARS

refused Mora, because b,b,b,but..... then fought Captain Adama

talked anyone from 154-168, killed THREE HUGE fights over weight

mentioned Ward/Froch/Chavez, fought Monroe, Wade, Brook

we can do this all night man

and the thing is this, Golovkin clearly AVOIDED those fights

as-in..... he could have taken them, but he CHOSE not to

BIG difference there, you cannot say the same about Saunders

honestly, this is typical Boxingscene bullshht

you are bashing Saunders commitment/resume, whilst ignoring Golovkin's lack of commitment and the fact that he has publicly refused NUMEROUS big fights

who cares about Saunders, he is irrelevant, and he will be stripped soon.....
