It's funny to me that Kov was getting the **** beat outta him in round 8, and even if the last 3 blows were borderline, if they did hit his nuts, why was he up within 10 seconds afterwards ready to go? the truth be told...Ward took all the fight out of him with that huge right hand right on the button! and then ripped in great body shots to finish of "The krusher" I would have liked to see ward finish him off properly but moving up to the LH division and taking out the bogey man is good enough for me.

He's Lucky Ward is really "Son Of God" and took mercy, because from what I hear Virgil Hunter got in his ass about taking mercy and looking at the Ref and not continuing to punish the already gone Kovalev.

you think he should be stopped because of the way he reacted to being low blowed? no one said judah should win after floyd started crying after being low blowed. floyd refused to figth back judah tko win! just look at barrera-ward. ward hit him in the same stop and barrear dropped. so ward really ko'd barrera too?

Here we go with the bullsshhiitt comparisons. Zab Judah was getting beaten to a pulp and used a low blow to bail himself out. Kovalev just got caught with a stunning power shot to the chin and was on wobbly legs. He thought selling a lowblow to the ref and the audience was going to bail him out of the pummeling he knew was about to take and it didn't work out. Now you take to the forums to try to continue to sell the same bill of goods that Kovalev was trying to sell to the ref as if it will change the result. If you're rabbit punching and pulling your opponents head down you are going to get hit low sometimes. And if you keep complaining about it you are going to give your opponent some ideas about what to keep doing. Kovalev is a pro boxer and he knows all of the above factors but his weak minded nature made him sabotage himself.
