      Yep that's low, not low low low but still low. Looking at that now he shouldn't have stop the fight. He should have let Kov get his rest which am sure was needed at that point.

                  That shot caught some of the belt, that is rarely called a low blow even though technically it is one. And with Kovalev bent over like that it was not going to be called.

                    If you follow the trajectory of Kovalev's belt then you will see that that punch was on the belt.
