If McGregor pulls off a miracle all those that voted no aren't going to count it are they?

I feel like this is happening for two reasons.

The first is obviously because of the money it can generate.

The second is because it's an intentional slap to the face of all the critics who were telling Floyd to fight the best to improve his legacy. In the end, he just didn't give a fuck and did this to spite them.

If Floyd fought Conor in MMA rules would there be any question if it would count as a MMA win/loss?

Obviously it should and will count because it is a licensed professional boxing match.

It's no different than if he fought another journeyman on his way up.

Regardless of how you feel about a HOF ATG boxer fighting a newbie in his debut, it still counts because it is a sanctioned fight. If it's competitive or not is irrelevant. The only problem I would have with it is if somehow they were fighting for a recognized world title, which they're not.

At the end of day I don't know who has the powers to say whether it is 50 or not.
But if it is it's got to be biggest cherry pick of all time.
So yes this does count as no50. So why stop there. Why not cherry pick your next 10 opponents and get to 60?

Why do you support such a cherry pick of a fight to get to 50 what is wrong with you?
It's no 50 alright. But come on!

Pacquiao is fighting a bigger mismatch. Horn is a bigger underdog than McGregor is.
