A promoter paying a fighter based on what the promoter makes off the fight is the type of crap that Don King and Bob Arum did in the 60s and 70s. The fact that Main Events is doing this to Kovalev in 2017 means that they are not running a quality operation.

That's a sick joke, but hey... keep blabbering. I guess, especially today, keep repeating some b.s. story, eventually people (you) start believing it. As for Kovalev, he's had some good crowds, but I don't keep up with the numbers. I do know he rarely ever fights in his hometown, but the last time there he had a good crowd in a fairly big arena. Again, don't know the numbers, nor do I care. You're the one squawking and pizzin' and moanin' about your idol supposedly being a huge draw... which he certainly isn't. Much cheaper to just buy some sleeping pills if you're having trouble snoozing at night. LOL!
