The discrepancy between Ward's purse and his purse have increasingly infuriated Kovalev. His purse is not expected to be revealed even on the contract his promoter, Main Events, will submit to the Nevada State Athletic Commission. That contract is expected to state that Kovalev will make 75 percent of his side’s overall take from the event, not a specific figure.

“He’s getting paid by one guy [Jay Z], who for some reason is willing to put out extraordinary amounts of money to watch him fight. Good for him. It seems as though Kovalev has gotta the **** end of the stick in every that that'll has to do with these last two fights lol hopefully it does motivate him to fight better in the rematch.

As far as selling the fight goes he definitely has got Ward beat by a landslide so I guess I'd be pissed too. This ppvs gonna probly do the same or slightly better than the last fight but still a major flop. Ward can't attract flies to **** and Kovalev is no where near as popular in the U.S. that people make him out to be.
