In reality Pulev kind of forfeited his mandatory position when he refused to take the fight last November/December which would have avoided this whole situation!

I can certainly understand this situation better then the Indongo situation from the IBF's POV, but there's more money in Klitschko then Pulev so this is what it is, rightly or wrongly, at this level of the game.

Fury/Klitschko was the biggest fight out there, and the IBF messed that up

        they preferred Martin/Glazkov

if anyone can mess this up, they can

No he didn't. Since it's all nothing personal but business, he could've taken the fight with three months of preparation or wait it our for a year and a half, when he's the mandatory or the IBF champion fighting for a unification and make ten-twenty times more than the peanuts Hearn was offering him.

Why does Juiceua prefer to fight Klitschko, instead of Ortiz or Pulev? Because he'd earn more money, win, lose or draw. Why shouldn't other fighters look for the biggest financial upside as well?

Joshua knew the IBF rules and should already have seen how Tyson Fury was stripped of the the belt due to similar circumstances.

I understand that there's more money in a Klitschko rematch. He can do it if he wants, but the IBF are in the right for taking the title from him if he does.

Pulev shouldn't back down, these fighters need to fight 4 times a year especially if u hold belts

He won't make much more (if any more) fighting Joshua now than he would have last year. Pulev ducked the fight as a mandatory and is lucky not to have his position as mandatory removed, that's the bottomline.

Also why are you saying three months of preparation as if that isn't enough? that's plenty of time for a training camp.

                    Easy way to solve this.
WBA already gave them a pass so just let Ortiz(4) fight Pulev(2) for a vacant IBF belt and step aside money.
