Thats the most insane thing ive ever heard about duran somehow quitting & this gimp supposedly didnt with 1 rd to go. Duran lost almost 50lbs in almost a mo to fight Leonard,& is one of the greatest fighters of all time who beat leonard the 1st time they fought,(only time in prime on even footing)& leonard(1of greatest obviously o.a.t) himself admits he fought duran right away 2nd time when he heard he was almost 200 lbs, to gain a rediculous advantage.

The 3rd time It went 12 even though leonard dominated,which proves the point Duran was inhumanely weight drained & only fought because he had no choice or lose payday of all paydays,which apparently his manager signed 4 him. He never said no mas,some needledlk xenophobic racist reporter claimed he did. Brook is a complete & utter gimp who robbed his belt from porter,I knew from day 1 & esp. After fight began that he sold his 0 to gigi,hes a complete bltch who could've@least went out on his shield & got stopped while covering up his eye but has always been a closeted guinea ****.

Brook lied about why he was stabbed w/ axe too, we're supposed to believe a straight man sends his model PREGNANTgirl in a taxi & goes to some random dudes flat in middle of night alone,then he supposedly argued & got stabbed,then ran away & alerted entire neighborhood leaving giant blood trail. But since you brought it up...the McGregor fight is potentially a big PPV moneymaker. Bob Arum would jump on it in a second for Pacquiao but he has to helplessly sit by and watch Mayweather be the preferred choice instead.

brook will brag real soon that Spence never dropped him. i think brook and his trainer have this deal between them if the fight gets to rough they're gonna bail every time. the guy is a quitter. period.

Admittedly Jones is not an elite fighter, but at the time he was on a hell of a run of wins (mostly stoppages) and was fringe world class. That was a hellacious last 6 rounds for Brook in which if I remember rightly he broke his nose & struggled with breathing. Coupled with the fact he didn't appear to take Jones 100% seriously, led to a very hard fight.

If he was a "quitter" he wouldn't have reached world level & won a world title, he'd have been found out long before then. There are thousands of quitters sat watching TV right now, on their laptop or taking drugs. Not to say they're bad people, but the guy you're commenting on is an elite athlete who lost a very competitive fight to another elite athlete.

Bellew never asked Stevenson for a rematch after the KO loss. But Brook was beaten down hard by Spence. Bellew has no room to talk about anything.

I absolutely agree with you and I'm disappointed Bellew doesn't seem to understand this. When a man has a broken orbital bone who can fault the man for quitting and preserving his long term health?

Yeah that's right Bellew. Just tell that to Antonio Margarito. I'm pretty sure he has no regrets but it was that same kind of mentality, attitude and the lack of disregard for his health is what cost him his career. Now he can no longer earn a living for his family. IMHO, Sometimes I think prize fighters can be too brave for their own good.
