I understand what Tony Bellew is saying. It will not make sense to those who aren't in combat sports as a profession. But to true fighters who do it for a living it makes perfect sense. If Brook was concerned for his health he shouldn't have fought two KO artist back to back. Every boxer knows the potential dangers of prize fighting before they step inside the ring. And if Brook were to get a rematch with Spence who's to say he won't kneel again or if he decides to fight at 54 guys like Charlo, Lubin and Hurd guys with power. Another kneel down would ruin his reputation. He may need to retire if he's concerned for his health and nobody can blame Brook if he chose to do so. He did what felt was best for him.

Brook proved once again he'll never be great. 2 fights in a row he quit. He should retire , contact sports aren't for him

Spence would spark Pacquiao out at this point. I love Manny but he's way too small and old to beat this young guy. If that fight made it six rounds it would be surprising.

Not a bad interview from Bellew here...after his "win", I thought he was turning into the new Haye for a minute. Guess he was just trying to sell himself into a retirement fight--no qualms about that. Any of the top 10 HW's will level him. Hope he rematches Haye (who's body is probably shot) or does a final cruiserweight where he can be competitive.

Brook fighting GGG was a mistake(money grab) and a career suicide. You just don't go to 160 from 147 and fight a monstrous puncher in your first fight. Any fighter knows going up to 160 and coming down to 147 to fight one of the top dog in the division is necessarily not bright. I wish I was this dude manager, his career was badly managed. He needs to go to 154 to save his career if he really wants to continue. To be great sometimes in boxing, you need smart people around you.
