Spence beats Thurman all day, every day. I have no doubt about that. No one should expect a Thurman-Spence fight anytime soon though. Thurman will duck and dodge and stab his own mother in the back to avoid The Truth. Thurman fought months ago, and then right before Spence fights, he allegedly has some surgery. He was already making excuses before the fight. Fans have been calling for Thurman to fight Spence for literally the past two years. As far those mentioning Crawford, all that is dependent on Bud leaving TR. So far Crawford has beat Postol and Diaz, two gatekeepers. That's it. Spence didn't fight for that long because he was waiting for Brook to sign the contract to fight his mandatory. Spence didn't want to give up his chance to fight for the title, so he had to wait until Brook was ready to fight.
