    Wtf is with all these miserable trolls coming out of the wood works? Shannon the Cannon has been through hell and back many times, worked hard and hustled his way to a title shot. In the meantime, trolls on boxingscene are typing away on their sticky and covered in jizz keyboard "lol he 60 lol boring". A bunch of poossies!

                Fair play to Briggs if he pulls this off and gets a third HW title.

                You can't hate the guy for getting a payday in a unification bout etc.

                No matter what the haters say, Briggs has dragged himself up from rock bottom to get another shot at the big time. I wish him well.

                        Joe Louis was robbed by management and the government at the end of his career! He had few choices to earn a few dollars.
                        Tell me what has Briggs or Fres done for society and children compared to what Louis was known to do during his prime?

                        To call this match up a "World Title" just shows the pollution
                        and ignorance the sport is plagued by these days.

                                Every time he has pretty much lost he has an excuse. The WBA is SOOOOOOOOO corrupt it's not even funny. Briggs has fought NOBODY in this comeback, yet he is fighting for even this paper title?

                                        All of Briggs's fight in his last 3 yrs since Klitsckho have been fake...doesn't anyone see this? Oquendo is probably not going to take a dive like his past opponents in his miracle 1 round comeback streak...what's Briggs going to do then? If it goes past 2 rounds he'll drop dead of a heart attack. SMH
