I think the winner has a mandatory WBA regular john scoobie doo title defence against WBA #3 Ustinov. Then the winner of that has 20 months to take his shot at the real WBA champion. What a joke...lol

Ustinov was removed was he not ? Ortiz is mandated to the actual champion then ? Who may in fact abdicate, I can see Wlad and Joshua fighting again and the IBF stripping them, the WBA will be on the line and I'm sure Ortiz will be happy to wait for a crack at a potential ppv fight.
