Yes and WBC has a fight a mandatory once a year policy as does the IBF. Last time I checked wilder won the paper title January 2015. Which means he should have fought 2 mandatories by now. But it's OK. Povetkin tested positive for a banned substance so wilder never ever has to fight a mandatory

So both of y'all gonna ignore Wilder was supposed up fight Povetkin in January 2016 but Povetkin team asked for a delay. Then they scheduled the fight for May & Povetkin tested positive for PED's. Then the WBC gave him another chance to become the mandatory by fighting Stiverne and he tested positive again. So now they've ordered Stiverne vs Wilder if Parker or Joshua won't fight Wilder, which they won't.

My issue with you is this, since you're clearly oblivious to the facts, so wilder was traveling overseas to face Povetkin, who then tested positive for banned substance, they went to court to dispute the evidence of Povetkin, so they gave wilder a voluntary defense while they investigated the dopping allegation against the Russian, then after that they set it up between Povetkin vs Stervine to decide who would be Wilder's mandatory instead of suspending Povetkin, & he tested positive in the lead up to that fight, which made stervine his mandatory and wilder & boxing fans would rather him face someone else than stervine, someone he shut out for 12 rounds... it's not rocket science if you've been following the fight game, just stop hating & be patient he will KO everyone soon enough

Youth alone, you guys are definitely overhyping this win over Wlad, lets look at some facts, Klitschko is 41 yrs old, lost his fight before this (fury), had a 17 month layoff & no tune up fight, & came out there dropped Joshua (almost stopped him) & was winning until Joshua got his second wind and pulled it off.... Wilder has a longer reach than Klitschko and his straight right (the punch Klitschko landed) is a lot more dangerous and if wilder was in there in the 6th when Joshua went down instead of a 41 yr old who is pass him prime, he would've stopped Joshua, but you guys will see soon enough

His youth and reach would mean something if he had Wlad's experience and tools (such as timing and accuracy) to utilize them but he doesn't. You can see his right hand coming from a mile away. It has worked so far against the subpar opposition he's been fighting but it won't against the top dogs.

He could be 18 years old for all I care, thanks to his careful matchmaking, he's a 31 year old belt holder who's had 38 fights as a pro and yet, you could still call him a prospect.

His balance is terrible, so is his footwork. His ring IQ and the ability to adjust is very low as he struggles with almost every opponent he's supposed knock out relatively easy. There are many question marks surrounding this guy which is hilarious considering the amount of fights on his record.

To suggest that Wilder would have beaten AJ in that fight because 'a 41 year old Wlad almost did' is disrespectful to the former kingpin of the division and basically shows that YDKSAB.
