    " Manny little doe "

    same with that A-side/B-side rubbish

that was a standard pacfan excuse to justify Manny manipulating weight and contractual advantages over his opponents

    "A-side doe"

now that same fanbase primarily support Golovkin..... and yea, now they totally disagree with that A-side bullshht

oh, except when the conversation turns back to Andre Ward, that excuse still works nicely for him.....
Good info! Thanks. I thought that might be the case. I guess boxing "fans" interest has little to do with the sport itself and more to do with fanatical devotion to certain fighters.

We will never know. My guess is that Floyd's stock will go over time and Manny's will fade. Sometimes a look back brings a better perspective.

For sure... also mannys trilogies with marquez and bradley show that he was not on floyd level... In my opinion floyd would dominate bradley just like he did marquez!

What Manny did was definitely impressive even after you factor in the catchweights, over-the-hill guys he fought (Mosley, DLH, Hatton, Margarito, Cotto, Morales, Barrera)...every single one of those wins came AFTER those guys had been in wars, lost fights, or got stopped/beaten down.

Nonetheless Manny did what he was supposed to do and got the W's in clear fashion. For me the greatest asterisk for Manny will be the PED controversy. He dipped drug testing for YEARS. And when he finally did drug testing he got clearly beaten by an older, feather-fisted fighter.

Manny is still a Top 50 PFP fighter of all time in my opinion. And for the haters yes I do have Floyd slightly ahead of Manny ATG. I think there are many people who beat Manny and Floyd throughout the history of the sport though

where Pac dragged the JWW's up to 144/145, despite the fact that Manny had to eat 6 meals a day including 3am/6am shakes just to remain at welter..... and despite the fact that Roach/Ariza always insisted that 140 was Manny's best weight.....

dragging Marquez up TWO divisions was lame as fk
Yeah manny is guilty too no doubt

my take on CW fights....as much as i dont like them, no one is forcing a cu/nt to accept. i hated that pac put cotto in a clause....but cotto accepted. if a mf'er accepts, he better not fncking cry about it afterwards.

                    btw,CW fights arent new

Manny had a fantastic run for a while. I still think his stock will fade as time passes. Some of that might be attributable to his political leanings and views outside the ring. He showed brilliance for a time but that will fade with time.
