I'm curious, who is this new poster? Supposedly signed up in 2010 but haso nly 600 posts but all of a sudden got real busy today lol Just curious.

As for the best: clearly Wlad and Vitalia. The Spinks will be up there.

    Not sure who else qualifies.

Worst? That's a toughy. I can't think of many boxing brothers and ithere are any that were that bad, then no one would hear of them. I can however think of superior brother and rubbish sibling, i.e. the Cottos or the Alvarez's.

......"during the Sugar Ray Robinson era".

Not at the beginning of Sugars career but Gene fought Sugar
in 1957 when Sugar was still very very good and beat him for the 160lb title. Sugarman came back that same year to stop Gene to get his title back. He then drew with Sugar in 1960 and won a decision in 1961. Very impressive!
Gene lost the title to Dick Tiger in 1962 then drew with him and again lost by RTD after the 7th.

This guy was always in shape and was only stopped twice in 64 bouts. Once by Sugar in 5 and his last bout by his corner who argued with him to call it a day in the third bout with Tiger.
