It's not Loma's fault, it's Walter's. He was delusional thinking he could come back after a year and after that performance. His power didn't carry up in weight and it was evident in the Sosa fight. Walters isn't P4P quality without that power he had at lower weights. Even though Sosa had been stopped before he walked through everything Walters had, Sosa isn't exactly some world beater.

come on lol, hes not above golovkin. golovkins been blasting people out for years and has 3 of the belts. im a huge fan of loma but i dont get why he gets so much praise and people are in awe of him beating sosa, but when golovkin beats someone of sosa level they start calling him bum killer, triple hype etc.

          Is there a best boxer?

Each bout is a new challenge, and outside the direct context of a specific match-up it is pure conjecture who is the best and who's P4P, etc. Loma is incredible, he is like a dream come true for this aficionado. Maybe he's even my current favorite boxer. But no one was, is, or ever will be the best!

it's the boxing writers desperately trying to force this. from comparisons to mayweather to prematurely putting the guy at p4p 1.

loma doesn't need this crap. he's an amazing talent and can freaking pave his own way.

Punk I gotta agree with you on this.
How the **** they make Loma pound for pound the best in boxing after only 9 fights and none of them a future hall of famer? **** off with that ****! I got Andre Ward and Terrence Crawford and Keith Thurman 1-2-3. I got Canelo and Bradley rounding up the top 5.

you're a prime example of why NSB is a cesspool and why the majority of boxing fans are considered mentally ******ed

You certainly don't have to have him #1, or even in your top ten, but calling the dude a bum? Jeezus man the sheer idiocy of some of you motherf**kers knows no bounds

Gamboa was tiny for Crawford. Take that name away due to size, just like GGG does not get credit for Brook, and all Crawford has left on his resumé is Victor Postol. I would definitely take wins over GRJ and Walters over just a win over Postol. Even if you put Postol on the same level as GRJ and Walters, which is iffy, it's still two good wins compared to just one for Crawford.
