This ward fella is so protected its pathetic. 3 yanks judging a yank, refereed by a yank in america! Oh yeah no chance of a robbery there then. Just watch the reaction of the yanks if the 3 judges at his fight with brook were all brits. Given how much the yanks already whine about hometown advantage he would refuse to come and fight.Comment

what lie??
neutral official is a good thing. is common practice in every international sport events. it wont guarantee a better job but it definetley get rid of some su****ion. frankly i think is weird boxing commision dont use neutral judges for international event like this.Nevada selects the judges and judges must be from Nevada. That's how it is and how it's always been. There are hundreds of fights a year in Nevada and everybody uses Nevada judges. Duva thinks Kovalev is a special little snowflake and the rules must be changed for him.
Canelo got a draw on a card in Nevada against Floyd but you didn't see any of Canelo's other opponents he's fought in Vegas make a special request for different judges. But Kovalev is special so all rules must be change for himComment

Why can't the organisations deal with that request? They (IBF,WBA,WBO) should each provide one judge from a neutral country. And that solves the issue or any excuses afterwards, especially if the controversy of their first fight in terms of the scoring and decision.Comment

Watch the fight again. Every time Ward landed a stiff jab to the body or a monstrous body shot on the inside commentators just keep quite or pretend it never happened. If the commentators can do it so blatantly than so can the compu box officials.
Judging can be bought and sometimes they make mistakes, but more often than not the judges are the only ones who see what is really happening, especially in those very technical fights.Comment

Huh? Ward insisted on the judges being american, if that didnt happen, he would have stalled longer and there would be no rematch. That was all part of the A Side talk, Ward wanted everything in his favor, otherwise no fight.Comment

Ward:What do you think Duva/Kovalev should have done? Waste another 6 months + of Kovalevs career, try to sue Ward/Roc Nation which will probably lead nowhere, at least in the near future? You put up some good posts but you are pretty naive sometimes.I'm the A Side, US Judges, or no fight, you won't ever get your belts back if you dont bow down to every single demand I have.Comment
