Everybody has an opinion but these are the only facts:
In the ring, after the Khan fight , Alvarez told the fans he would fight Golovkin.
Then he decides to vacate and give up his MW title rather than fight.
Next Canelo fights Smith on a Mexican holiday and draws a disappointing 300,000 ppv.
All the speculation about Oscar's money offers is just that, besides you don't negotiate by throwing out numbers in public.

. He basically allowed himself to be dictated to as a B-side against Cotto. When Canelo is probably the bigger draw of the two. So Canelo's track record of willingness to make the best fights happen is far better than GGG's.

The facts are that he vacated BECAUSE gstring forced a moronic purse bid w ultimatum of 55-45 or 40% flat to avoid it, w 10 day deadline. You cant leave that part out, gstring claims he wants the best from 154-168 from his own mouth then he turns down 15 mil to fight for 2 mil. So because canelo said he wants the fight & doesn't **** around, According to nuthuggers that equates to letting a bum steal half your money. & what's HILARIOUS is that whenever cornered with proof or facts gggroupies say bu but canelo vacated the belt. You clowns always cry about alphabet soup belts when it suits you, yet gigi is the biggest paper belt "champ" in history. He only legitimately"won" his ibf trinket v lemeiux who wasnt a champ as he had a vacant undefended belt. So according to fanbois it doesn't matter that gstring contradicts himself daily,that he proves his "haters" right every day,or that hes 35 & still wants more fake belts instead of big fights for way more money. This is ****** so Oscar gave GGG a 15m offer that ****** Loeffler refused to accept and rolled the dice by letting the Jacobs ppvs come out before taking the deal. Jacobs fight bombed now Oscar is saying that offer is off the table. I'm giving you a new offer that reflects your draw as a ppv fighter and it will be less. If Loeffler again turns down the offer that is his fault. GGG is demanding more money then he clearly is worth. His leverage only drops more if he double downs his first mistake and doesn't take the best offer now because Chavez is going to do amazing ppvs and blow GGG/Jacobs out the water. The offer today will be better then day the Chavez numbers come out.

K2 refusing to drop weight last year killed the fight. And now they pricing themselves out. They have no one to blame if the fight doesn't happen. Golden Boy ain't running a charity where they should just overpay and give in to the B side demands when he barely does 100k buys in the biggest fight of his career.

I'm still curious when GGGs team received this offer, when the ysaid they received it and when they refused it.

When Canelo said he fights for pride it means he doesn't fight for no piece of shet belt. Basically saying g string can keep all those belts. Canelo is still the A side so g string needs to accept Canelo's terms.

Team GGG think Gennady is a bigger star than he is. That's just a fact. They've allowed the fact that his small, yet extremely noisy fanbase, confuse them into thinking the base is actually large. GGG brings nothing to the table in a Canelo fight accept hardcore fight fans that didn't order Canelo's fights with Khan, Smith, and those types. And seeing how poorly fights like Ward-Kovalev and Crawford-Postol, fights hardcore fans in the past would have supported, did in terms of revenue. GGG has pretty much no leverage in negotiations. It just depends on how badly he wants the fight.

Personally, I don't think Team GGG want the Canelo fight as badly as they say. Canelo isn't nearly as big an underdog as GGG's think he is. To me, its Floyd-Manny without steroids. Manny's team were on the PR campaign to make it look like Floyd didn't want the fight. When IMO Team Manny didn't want it until there was no more money to milk from his gullible fanbase. GGG is the same way. He has a cushy HBO deal that allows him to make very good money to fight very mediocre competition. Losing to Canelo, or anyone else, puts that cushy deal in jeopardy.

People don't just have opinions, they chat absolute bs because of their like or dislike of a fighters ethnicity, religion or national background.

It's Canelo who has backed out of every fight offer. He vacated his only title at the weight...what does that tell you? He ten moves ABOVE mw to fight someone else...what does that tell you?

Oh and of all the people claiming there was a GBP offer for 15 million dollars and that GGG or his team or both rejected it...yet there's no source of proof for either of those things. Oscar on his biggest national US interview did not mention 15 million dollars. Not once, even when he was getting roasted for being the one to force Canelo to duck GGG he didn't say a damn thing.

It's ridiculous and this **** is almost as bad as Mayweatehr ducking Pacquiao and teh same fans and their racial biases are coming into play.

Canelo paid sanctioning fees, even after Cotto didn't and was stripped of a "piece of shet belt", to earn said "piece of shet belt". Canelo asked WBC for the opportunity to defend "piece of shet belt" against Khan, and paid another sanction fee to defend "piece of shet belt". Canelo had some gear made up embossed with ".CA World Champ" on it to show his pride in winning a "piece of shet belt".

Canelo has also expressed interest in fighting for Saunders "piece of shet belt"

Sure thats why hes so willing to face jacobs again,instead of another bum. Hes so willing to fight the best at 160 which is why hes going after the dangerous (ha)bullyboy saunders.
