Roman is STILL p4p no.1

No i would say i thought Roman won because he was landing far more cleaner more effective punches, as opposed to swinging wildy while grunting 'URGH' for effect like the thai did.
The fact there is evidence to show he did (In a BIG way)only makes my opinion more valid.Comment

To call him the greatest little man ever when he got destroyed on Saturday by a less unknown guy is pretty damn dumb buddy. You may want to wait until after his next fight when many people will have a distant memory of what just occurred.Comment

YOU don't effect anything, you're just some faceless *** on a boxing forum. Look at you, now you're just all over the place, a thread about Roman Gonzalez and somehow you dragged GGG and Now Mayweather into the DiscussionIf you let someone affect you that much I think it somewhat shows how weak of a person you really are.
You never held the Mayweather fans to the same standard, so why should anyone hold anything you say with any weight?
I guess I should also state that I also use to like Mayweather until he started acting like a cry baby and started beating up woman, It wasn't his fans that put me off him even though they're some of the worst ones about.
Nobody is making him out to be invincible he is simply getting the due credit he is deserved, why does that upset you so much, are you that insecure?
I've said before there are people in the past that could perhaps beat him, you come across as a very bitter person.

he got beat by a garbage collector who was 14-1 underdog with a padded record.. sorry that's not pound for pound quality. he not even top ten to me. if Ward ever loses to a certified bum like that people would torch him until he retired.Comment

Cry, cry, cry, cry...

The jab obviously counts If they didn't Wladimir wouldn't have won as many fights as he has done.
I'd see your point with Jacobs 'power' punches If they were often sending GGG reeling and backing off constantly but they never came close to that, the only person who was landing power shots that were taking a noticeable effect was Golovkin.

And then the round after that where he hurt Jacobs and there was another round or two in among the 12.Comment

I don't buy that, Thurman has never convincingly beat an elite fighter. I had porter winning and yes he beat Garcia, but was it a clinic? not really. and let's not pretend garcia hasnt been beaten before.Listen to the video again of what Bernard Hopkins is saying, "P4P MEANS YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING"
Resume is just 1 Criteria in P4P but it is EVERYTHING!
Keith Thurman showed vs Garcia that in that ring "HE CAN DO ANYTHING" Walked Danny down the first 3 Rounds, mixed things up went back to his boxing did some sticking and moving. Other than his punch resistance to the body, Thurman really don't have many weaknesses, OK he not score the "One Time" KO's he scored vs Weaker opponents but the fight style Thurman is using now, will keep him around and at the top for much Longer compared to Roman Gonzalez style which already has him slowing down before he reaches 30
Just because B-Hop says Roman gets hit alot at the tail end of his career doesnt change the fact that he spent year's and year's beforehand DOMINATING.
like i said, now he's got a bit of shine on HBO and not dominating past-prime you can't suddenly say AHA! look hes not dominating anymore in a division where he is tiny at the tail end of his career therefore i will dismiss all the prior work.
That's like Focusing on Ali's past prime fights and concluding it negates all his prior body of work.
It's funny you mention he's not even 30, because 30 for the lower weights is like 38/40 for the normal sized/bigger guys...which again i use to bolster my argument that he is still managing to win...Comment
