When he signed to fight GGG he agreed to fight for ALL the belts and not just his WBA mandatory. Here is the proof:

Jacobs did the exact same thing as Lemieux so if Lemieux is a cheater so is Jacobs. It is not exactly the same situation because multiple sanctioning bodies being involved but it is the exact same act.


I still don't care that much about it though, although it is certainly a guy looking for an advantage (or to not be limited).

I'm rooting for Jacobs and will be in here lol and quoting folks a lot of he wins, but that doesn't excuse him going back on his word and agreement to fight for that belt

MCC was trying to justify the Jacobs situation by going around saying Jacobs is ONLY fighting his WBA mando and not for the other belts. Obviously, it was false. Just wanted to make sure the place is well informed that it is (or was) actually for all the belts including the IBF.
