You are such a slimey snake.Danny Jacob's trainer: I don't want to hear any excuses about GGG's age.
Danny Jacobs: GGG's best years are behind him.
That's what Jacobs and his trainer are hoping. It's also why they waited for the WBA to order the fight, instead of demanding it as soon as Danny won the regular title.
No excuses about Golovkin's age doe!
Show me one quote where Loeffler, Sanchez or Golovkin mentioned wanting to fight Jacobs before January 2016? Show me something.Comment

You nailed it. All the hypocrisy and contradiction must have rubbed off on Jacobs and Andre Rozier from working in Ward and Virgil Hunter's gym. Like how before Kovalev exposed Ward, Virgil said Ward was a "scaled down light heavyweight" when he fought at 168, and Ward said he now struggles to make 168, a weight he hasn't made in over three years, but now, after the Kovalev fight, Virgil has contradicted both himself and his own fighter by saying Ward was "forced to fight at a weight he doesn't belong" by HBO.Danny Jacob's trainer: I don't want to hear any excuses about GGG's age.

So which is it? Same goes for Danny Jacobs and his trainer now. All these guys contradicting themselves is getting old.Comment

Looking forward to Saturday like a lot of us here , no idea who is going to win, does not matter to me I am a fan of both. I don't care about promoters or advisors or networks, just wanna see a classic. The oddsmakers have made GGG a huge chalk but I think it's a little closer. DJ better come through though after talking this BS or he is going to look like a real idiot losing to a 'past prime' fighter.Comment

Funny how fans think all fighters are the same when it comes to their longevity in the sport. Well this guy fought till he was 40 so that guy could to, as if everyone has the same genetics!
Triple G's legs look older from 2 years ago, and thats a problem because thats what holds you up when you get tagged. His punch he will keep until he's 70 but the legs are always the tell tale sign.
It's not just moving it's taking!
I remember Gaspar Ortega telling me that in his last two years he was getting knocked down by punches he would laugh ast in the past. Those punches told him he was done, no amount of training or diet can save you when your legs are GONE!
