Signing to fight Sanders for the chance of unification trumps all the possible benefits from Canelo fight. They (GBP and Canelo) were proven as unreliable partners. Beat Jacobs, fight Sanders and if Canelo weasels out again – that’s on him. There will be another opponent who will have a significant advantage comparing to Canelo. Yes I do. I think Chavez will take Canelo's shots and put a lot of pressure on him. Canelo will have the higher volume and better accuracy, but Chavez will be there all night.

Yea, while selling those fights is he going to continue to keep promising GGG is next. Because De La Hoya, Canelo, or Gomez can't do anything boxing related without getting asked if.

And they can't just pick any date, so many other factors come into play. Like HBO availability. They're not gonna pay just so he can fight.

But more importantly, K2 cannot pass over the last title on the chance Canelo may be serious.

Would of fought early 2016 but didn't because he wanted the big fight with canelo.
