Then why the **** did barrerra sign the contract? When the fighter with the right skin color gets a bad deal all of a sudden you defend them. If he won against beterbiev his stock would have gone up. Now he's lucky if he even gets 62k his next fight.

Yeh rigo should fight a guy who's about 4 weights naturally bigger than him, and lomachenko was the one who turned down the fight, he turned down the 124lb catch weight, if loma had accepted that the fight would have happened but he didn't want to concede anything

Barrera got a bad deal. He shouldn't have signed the contract if he wasn't happy though. You negotiate, and if both sides are happy (or at least come to a compromise), you sign.

If Barrera would have said originally that he didn't want to accept the purse of 60K, I honestly wouldn't have blamed him. This isn't a good look for him.

i don't know man, i wonder how much ranoni prieto did for his fight with beterbiev. usually those guys get a ****ty deal and prieto isn't a gatekeeper. he put a good fight vs alvarez

Hmm, I admit I must have missed that. There seems to be confusion, if nothing else. If there is no contract, then I don't have a problem with Barrera's choice.
