Haye looked very beatable by an elite fighter. Yes he has power but he looked slow on his feet and he may have trained down to fight a blown up light heavyweight but his strategy was primitive at best. He might beat Briggs with that strategy and skill set but nobody else.

No it set back his career he SHOULD destroy Bellew in a rematch 6+ months from now but who knows how long it will take for his ankle to be able to train on it. If I was his trainer I would have pulled Haye much earlier, his injury was probably further aggravated by the needless extra rounds on the ankle.

defeat is hard to swallow dood, take two tablets of get a grip and one of wake the fk up and realize that your Adonis needs more than a great right hand and an intimidating physique to rule the heavy or even the cruiser division,I am a huge david haye fan and I was there in Paris when he beat mormick and drank with him after but time is a boxers worst enemy... don't be angry be happy that he came across well in his loss and helped his image in defeat, an image that was in need of repair.

Can't believe it, I thought it was a foregone conclusion. To say this wasn't a massive upset you're mentally not there.

Look at this spastic, hyping Wilder who has built an entire career on fighting bums.

If Wilder did fight Bellew, it'd actually be a step up in competition, and what does that tell you? That Wilder's straight trash.

Right. Glazkov,Tyson,Hughie,Uztinov, and possibly Parker can be added to that list : its funny how Eddie Hearn says we need to bring Juice to America first and build this up because in late 2015 according to Eddie Hearn himself Joshua was not ready despite being #2. by the WBC and also Tyson Fury was highly ranked but just like Joshua he curbed Wilder and went for Wlad -- this pattern is ongoing as Juice has preferred to meet old Wladimir after two years off, coming off a poor performance.

So I'm saying this BS of building anything up is really a duck because Hearn has no issue of going in with Tony Bellend right away...but needs more time for Joshua.

Bellew will take the biggest money fight he can get.
Wilder or Haye rematch, whatever pays the most.

I dont blame him after 30 fights,he may get smashed by a young big heavy but he'll cash out big time because he can sell a fight.

                      He's no heavyweight tho.
