all I remember is Herrera twerking DSG's head back with Jabs and attacking his body all night. Thurman has a menacing jab on a pounce just like Kovalev.

Herrera isn't a very good example because that was not a fight where DSG felt he had to prove anything. It was just a fight promoting his Puerto Rican side against what they thought was a weak opponent. Remember Morales also gave DSG a tough fight in their first meeting, regardless of what the scorecards say, Morales was tough. It seems like when DSG is going to fight a seemingly weak opponent, the opponent does way better because they caught DSG sleeping on them. In the fights where Garcia knows there's danger, like Khan and Matthysse, I thought he actually looked pretty good in both despite what some say about how he looked in the Matthysse fight.

Morales was over the hill... just like I don't credit much Alvarez's win over Baldomir. Morales' old lanky flabby love handle ass didn't belong at 140 at the time.. Also DSG just recently admitted he's been draining to 140 far too long...so...

However, Herrera was a Gee in that fight. Mauricio has great defense. Knows how to dip out, crab his right for a strike and use it also as a guard while using his left to jab it out. it's his version of a ****** shoulder roll. Herrera's a pretty good fighter imo.

I liked watching Thurman totally ignore Garcia senior's instructional gesture to move closer with his belt. Garcia senior needs to be taken out forever.

danny phucked up by doing that so close. when you're that close, most likely your opponent is not gonna jump. he should have done it a feet away like how nate punked conor when he did it.

Yes, that was definitely not a good look or sign for one Danny Garcia. That was way out of character for him. I've noticed since the announcement of the bout, he's been a lot more animated than usual. One can only sense that there maybe bit of insecurity setting in as he is projecting it outwardly and is beginning to lose some confidence in his own ability. The pressure seems to be mounting and he is a behaving just like a fighter who knows he is not going to win. I may be wrong but don't surprise if he decides to quit on his stool between rounds.
