The #2 has the oppurtnity to fight for it and would get paid 5x he's ever made. Why should the champ be removed and replaced by the guy not accepting that offer? Makes no sense. Win it in the ring.

I have no problem with that...but how long does it have to go on before it just becomes comical. It hurts the credibility of all belts when the best don't face the best, whatever the reason may be. The fans decide for themselves who the man in the division is anyway...these belts only have significance when the holders are facing eachother. This circus of khan at 155 and chavez jr at 164 or whatever is a joke. Canelo should have moved to mw and faced top contenders to solidify his claim that he's the best mw. He could have shut ggg out of all the top fights cuz he's the cash cow.
