If D-tay stops him in 5, then Joshua would need 3 frames, max.

And didn't we all know this from the start? yet here these doubters try to find hope in this mature performance coming off surgery ; which has demonstrated the different looks Deontay is capable of as oppose to his 'Wilder' streak.

As a trainer this was an ideal outcome coming off injury it also as noted by Virgil Hunter at ringside demonstrates the will and the faculty of great concentration that separates the contenders from champions...as the great Bernard Hopkins would say ' You are a four Round fighter! '

[QUOTE=OnePunch;17454559]man GTFOH with that nonsense. It was a 12 round fight that ended in FIVE. Im pretty sure they could have taken 30 seconds to show replays of the stoppage.[/QUOTE They got through the interview & credits pretty quickly. They showed the KD replay a few times then they whipped thru it pretty quickly. The ending is on youtube. Washington was staggering into the ropes & the ref grabbed him & led him to the corner. It was all but over even if he let it continue.

Wilder is genuinely an exciting fighter. So so flawed but with concussive power. That was exciting and Washington was definitely still rattled at the stoppage. Granted he's fought a lot of bums and his technique is rudiment but his right hand is fast if he catches you in between which has been how several of his foes have gone out.

Agreed - or he can be outpointed. The Fury that bamboozled Wlad has more offence than Washington - might also be able to box to a decision.

Entertaining card, especially the Braezeale fight. Wilder looked bad and very uncomfortable against a guy as tall, physically bigger, and athletic, which is exactly what Anthony Joshua will be. Only a lot more skilled with a lot more power. The Wilder that fought tonight has a hard time seeing the middle rounds against AJ.

Game changing power! With a neutralizer like his, you never know what punch he throws is going to finish the job.
