If Harrison had stamina, he would be a force. He has no stamina and that allows his chin to get rocked because once he gets tired his defense falls apart

Hmmm... something seems wrong with this, I taught it from around the 4-5th round that Harrison was only half hearted in it but putting up some kind of a fight...and then that ending, hmmm, maybe he was crying cause he realized he fcked up

I couldn't tell if that was the case or not because he moved strangely from the beginning of the fight, but I guess that's his style. Taking those big uppercuts are a lot different than the jabs, and it showed.Originally posted by Afi23 View PostHe is but I think his stamina/legs betrayed him also imo.

I really hate it when the lesser fighter wins.
Oh well, this dude won't be holding a belt very long. He is trash.

The whole fight Harrison looked as if he feared this ending would happen. Not only is his stamina and chin suspect you can tell he's mentally weak. He didn't want to continue. He does have good skills, just missing the heart to be a champion.

The better man won.
Harrison just lacks resilience over the long distance!!
He gets winded and falls apart.

This was one of those fights where you knew 100% that Hurd was going to catch up to Harrison and blast him out. Angelo Dundee had the expression he used that fits Hurd. Loosey goosey. Hurd has the loose, relaxed style that really helps him and that makes him patient. He uses Chinese water torture with his pressure. I've been a fan of Hurd since he broke onto the scene.
